چکیده
Abstract The use of alternative technologies involving biological processes, with economic and ecological gains, is desirable for both the expansion Musa spp. farming renovation areas low yields. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) can stimulate plant growth, especially by increasing absorption phosphorus (P) other nutrients. This study analyzes influence AMF on growth physiology micropropagated Musaspp. plants submitted to doses P. experimental design was randomized blocks, in a 5 x factorial arrangement, which factors were inoculation (Glomus clarum, Gigaspora margarita, , albida,Clareoideoglomus etunicatum, control without AMF) five P (0, 50, 100, 200, 400 mg kg-1), four replicates. application increased seedlings, regardless inoculation. highest rates colonization occurred at lowest doses, dose 50 kg-1 provided better conditions formation all species under study. symbioses AMF, as well P, photosynthesis rate, thus favoring development, quality seedlings. Species G. C. margarita most promising growth.

Genome-wide analysis of transcription factors during somatic embryogenesis in banana (Musa spp.) cv. Grand Naine
Transcription factors BABY BOOM (BBM), WUSCHEL (WUS), BSD, LEAFY COTYLEDON (LEC), LEAFY COTYLEDON LIKE (LIL), VIVIPAROUS1 (VP1), CUP SHAPED COTYLEDONS (CUC), BOLITA (BOL), and AGAMOUS LIKE (AGL) play a crucial role in somatic embryogenesis. In this study, we identified eighteen genes of these nine transcription factors families from the banana genome database. All genes were analyzed for their ...
متن کاملGreen - life of pink banana ( Musa spp . , cv . Figue Rose Naine ) : determination of the optimum harvesting date
The context for the production of bananas for export is characterised by a wide range of transport-times between producer and importer countries, and by the use of a single cultivar of banana (Musa spp., AAA group, cv. Cavendish Grande Naine). We investigated the green-life of pink banana (Musa spp., AAA group, Red sub-group, cv. Figue Rose Naine) for the different physiological ages of banana ...
متن کاملIn vitro antioxidant activity of banana (Musa spp. ABB cv. Pisang Awak).
The methanolic extract of Musa ABB cv Pisang Awak was investigated for the polyphenolic contents and antioxidant activity. The total phenol and flavonoid contents of the fruit extract were found to be 120 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE) and 440 mg quercetin equivalents (QE)/100 g of sample dry weight, respectively. The antioxidant activity of the Pisang Awak methanol extract (PAME) (20-500 mic...
متن کاملArbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungus Species Dependency Governs Better Plant Physiological Characteristics and Leaf Quality of Mulberry (Morus alba L.) Seedlings
Understanding the synergic interactions between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and its host mulberry (Morus alba L.), an important perennial multipurpose plant, has theoretical and practical significance in mulberry plantation, silkworm cultivation, and relevant textile industry. In a greenhouse study, we compared functional distinctions of three genetically different AMF species (Acaulospo...
